Top O’th Fold,  our home, is a beautiful stone building located in the village of Denshaw in 40 acres of its own grounds with magnificent views across the Saddleworth Pennine Hills. 

The property comprises of three individual, fully self contained cottages. 

Two of these cottages namely  – Squirrel Cottage and Owl Cottage – are available for short or longer term holiday let. 

Ideal if visiting family and friends in Saddleworth,

or for short term needs during house moves or home improvements etc.

Squirrel Cottage & Owl Cottage are fully furnished with gas ch,

they each have two double bedrooms which will sleep five. 

Bedding, linen and towels are provided.

The cottages have a lovely position just up a private lane off the main road and despite the idyllic countryside location are within easy reach of

J21 & J22 of the M62 motorway.

Ample on site parking.
